The Code Enforcement Officer enforces ordinances related to public and private properties by issuing warnings, summons, and violations to property owners. The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for preserving the quality and value of public and private property and maintaining a high standard of living by eliminating conditions that threaten the, health, safety, and general welfare of the public. The Township Clerk is a statutory position with many responsibilities, such as preparing agendas for Governing Body meetings, maintaining copies of all resolutions and ordinances, and acting as the administrative officer for all elections held in the Township. The Construction Department, commonly known as the Building Department, enforces the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code in Wall Township.

Wall Township currently uses Freehold Township for our board of health services.
